De Bortoli Wyong Horse Bundle Promotion

The promoter is Wyong Race Club Limited, 71 – 73 Howarth Street, Wyong, NSW 2259.

Information about the promotion, how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over.

The following people are not eligible to enter:

• Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, MyRacehorse or any organisation directly involved in conducting the promotion or determining the winners, or involved in the management of any business benefiting from the promotion
• immediate family members of any ineligible person listed above.

Entrants may be required to provide proof of their age, identity and NSW residential address.

To receive a Wyong Horse Bundle, a winner must also satisfy MyRacehorse’s eligibility, identification, account registration and ownership requirements.

The promotion opens at 9.00am AEST on 14/8/26 and closes at 3.30pm AEST on 4/9/26 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received after 3.30pm on 4/9/26 will not be accepted.

An “Eligible Product” is any participating bottle of De Bortoli wine bearing an original promotional Wyong Horse Bundle neck tag.

Eligible Products are available from participating outlets while promotional neck tag stocks last.

The purchase of an Eligible Product must be made at its normal retail price. No separate entry fee applies.

To enter, an eligible entrant must:

• Purchase an Eligible De Bortoli product during the Promotional Period
• Retain the original promotional neck tag
• Attend Wyong Leagues Group Cup Day at Wyong Race Club on Friday 4 September 2026
• Complete their full name, email address and mobile number on the neck tag
• Place the completed neck tag in the promotional entry barrel at Wyong Race Club between 11.30am and 3.30pm on 4/9/26

The promotional entry barrel will be located in the Sincero Bar at Wyong Race Club.

One original promotional neck tag constitutes one entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted using a separate original promotional neck tag obtained with the purchase of a separate Eligible Product.

Copied, reproduced, altered, counterfeit, incomplete or illegible neck tags will not be accepted.

The Promoter may require an entrant to provide their original purchase receipt as proof of a valid qualifying purchase.

Consumption of the Eligible Product is not required to enter.

Each original promotional neck tag entitles its holder to one complimentary General Admission ticket to Wyong Leagues Group Cup Day at Wyong Race Club on Friday 4 September 2026, valued at $30.

To redeem the complimentary ticket, the holder must present the original neck tag at the Wyong Race Club Ticket Office on 4/9/26.

The neck tag will be validated and returned to the holder so they can complete their details and place it in the promotional entry barrel.

The complimentary ticket:

• is limited to one General Admission ticket per original neck tag
• is valid only for Wyong Leagues Group Cup Day on Friday 4 September 2026
• cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash
• cannot be used to upgrade to a hospitality package or other ticket category
• is subject to Wyong Race Club’s standard conditions of entry.

A complimentary ticket is a guaranteed promotional benefit and is separate from the chance-based prize draw.

The prize draw will take place at 3.40pm AEST on Friday 4 September 2026 at Wyong Race Club, 71–73 Howarth Street, Wyong NSW 2259.

All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.

The first 20 valid entries drawn will each win one Wyong Horse Bundle.

If a selected entry is invalid or the entrant is ineligible, the entry will be discarded and another entry will be drawn.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.

There are 20 prizes available.

Each winner will receive one Wyong Horse Bundle, powered by MyRacehorse, valued at $137.

Each Wyong Horse Bundle comprises a micro-share in three young thoroughbreds trained by:

• Kim Waugh
• Sara Ryan
• Kristen Buchanan.

The total prize pool is $2,740.

A winner may be required to:

• provide satisfactory proof of identity and age
• create or maintain an eligible MyRacehorse account
• complete required registration or ownership documentation
• accept MyRacehorse’s applicable terms and conditions.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Wyong Horse Bundle provides the winner with the benefits and entitlements associated with the applicable MyRacehorse micro-share, subject to MyRacehorse’s terms and conditions.

These may include access to trainer updates, stable tours, owner experiences and race-day invitations, together with the opportunity to share in prizemoney and future sale proceeds in accordance with the winner’s ownership interest.

Trainer updates, stable tours, owner experiences and race-day invitations are subject to availability, scheduling, racing requirements, horse welfare considerations and the applicable MyRacehorse terms.

Horse racing and racehorse ownership involve inherent risks and uncertainties. The Promoter and MyRacehorse do not guarantee:

• that any horse will race
• the timing or location of any race
• any particular racing performance or result
• that an entrant will receive a particular experience or invitation
• the payment of prizemoney
• any future sale proceeds or financial return
• the future health, availability or racing career of any horse.

*Micro-Share describes an interest in a managed investment scheme known as MyRacehorse No 1 (ARSN 646 771 262) (‘Scheme’). Units in the Scheme are issued by Sire Custodians Ltd as responsible entity of the Scheme. MyRacehorse Pty Ltd is the Scheme investment manager and promoter of the prize. If a winner does not satisfy MyRacehorse’s eligibility requirements or does not complete the necessary documentation within the required period, the winner will be taken to have forfeited the prize.

The winners will be contacted using the mobile number and email address provided on their entries within two business days of the draw.

The winners’ names will also be published at debortoli-wyonghorsebundle.com by 8.9.26.

The Promoter will take reasonable steps to contact each winner.

Each winner must respond and provide any requested eligibility or identification information by 5.00pm AEST on 15.9.26.

If a winner:

• cannot be contacted
• does not respond by the stated claim deadline
• is found to be ineligible
• provided false or incomplete information
• does not satisfy the MyRacehorse eligibility requirements
• declines or otherwise fails to accept the prize,

the winner will forfeit the prize.

If a winner:

• cannot be contacted
• does not respond by the stated claim deadline
• is found to be ineligible
• provided false or incomplete information
• does not satisfy the MyRacehorse eligibility requirements
• declines or otherwise fails to accept the prize,

the winner will forfeit the prize.

An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10.00am AEST on 16 September 2026 at Wyong Race Club, 71–73 Howarth Street, Wyong NSW 2259.

Any replacement winners will be contacted by telephone and email within two business days of the redraw and published at debortoli-wyonghorsebundle.com by 18 September 2026.

If a winner cannot be identified or contacted, that fact will be published on the promotion website.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of every entry and the eligibility of every entrant.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
• tampers with the entry process or promotional materials
• submits a copied, altered or counterfeit neck tag
• provides false, misleading or incomplete information
• engages in conduct that may compromise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

Errors or omissions made by the Promoter in producing a neck tag will not, by themselves, affect an otherwise valid entrant’s right to a prize.

If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Any material change to the promotion or these Terms and Conditions will be published at debortoli-wyonghorsebundle.com and communicated to entrants where reasonably practicable.

The promotion will at all times be conducted fairly and impartially.

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting and announcing winners, arranging the provision of prizes and responding to enquiries or disputes relating to the promotion.

The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to MyRacehorse and relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion or provide a prize. Winners’ names will be published in accordance with clause 11.

Entering the promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Personal information will only be used for marketing where the entrant has provided separate consent.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from:

• an entry that is lost, late, damaged, incomplete or illegible
• incorrect contact information supplied by an entrant
• an entrant’s inability to access or use a prize due to their failure to satisfy MyRacehorse’s requirements
• the cancellation, postponement or alteration of a race, event, experience or horse-related activity for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for loss or damage caused by the Promoter’s negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct where that liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Any complaint or dispute relating to the promotion, the validity of an entry, the conduct of the draw or the claiming of a prize should be submitted in writing to:
